All waivers must be signed by your parent or legal guardian, unless you are over 18 years old.You must have a valid id when over 18 years old.

IF YOU DO NOT SIGN YOUR WAIVER AT INDIGO MOON, YOU MUST HAVE A NOTARY PUBLIC SIGN, SEAL,

AND WITNESS YOUR PARENT'S SIGNATURE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
